This is known as the Epiphany feast or Baptism of our Lord Jesus Christ, because Jesus adopted him glory in the Jordan River by St. John the Baptist .

St. Peter says about Jesus : Did not make a sin and there was no deceit in his mouth(1 Peter 2:22 ) and said about himself : I am meek and humble of heart (Matthew 29:11 ) When Jesus came to Pilate said to the chief priests and for the collection : I do not see this guy on the offense
(Luke 4:23) . And John the Baptist was also reluctant to adopt Jesus Christ of it as show above .
