And I heal their Land

“ Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow, And it happened, as he sowed, that some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds of the air came and devoured it. Some fell on stony ground, where it did not have much earth; and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth. But when the sun was up it was scorched, and because it had no root it withered away. And some seed fell among thorns; and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop, But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirty fold, some sixty, and some a hundred “ (Mark 4 : 3 – 8).

Ground like the road.. stony ground.. a ground full of thorns..
And we sow, and the seed dies for many reasons:
- the wayside seed eaten by the birds of the air..
- the stony ground seed burned by the sun..
- and the seed that is among the thorns is chocked by them..

A bad ground that devours our seeds..
the solution is for our ground to be a good ground that holds the seeds, to give crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirty fold, some sixty, and some a hundred..
what is the problem, where is the solution?

“ Then to Adam He said: Cursed is the ground for your sake, In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you… “ (Genesis 3 : 17 – 18).

The ground was cursed for Adam’s sake.. it became a ground that bring forth thorns and thistles.. a ground that devours the seed.. but the Lord is good and merciful, patient and full of mercy.. yet He said to His people:
“ the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the Lord your God loves you “ (Deuteronomy 23 : 5).

And because of this unconditional love, God sent His son, to fulfill His promise, and redeem His people from the curse of the law, the apostle Paul testified saying:
“ Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us… “ (Galatians 3 : 13).

He didn’t only stop the effect of the curse, but also turned it into a blessing, and the ground that was cursed because of the first Adam, was blessed because of the second Adam, the Lord Jesus Christ, and was used by God’s hand to heal the sick:
“ Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth, And His disciples asked Him, saying: Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered: Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. And He said to him: Go, wash in the pool of Siloam (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing “ (John 9 : 1 – 7).

Neither he, nor his parents have sinned, but because of Adam’s sin, and because of the curse he brought on manhood, because of the sin’s results, sickness came, misery came, suffering came, death came…
But how wonderful and great is this symbolic meaning of what the Lord has done, the cursed ground, that gives thorns and thistles, the ground that chock and kill the seeds, the Lord spat on it, and made clay out of it, and He anointed the eyes of the blind, and made him see..
He took the curse from upon the ground, to make it bring forth healing and crop, instead of thorns and thistles and death of the seeds..

Then comes David to pre testify about what the Lord is going to make saying:
“ You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it, The river of God is full of water, You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it. You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth. You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance. They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side. The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing “.
(Psalms 65 : 9 – 13).

The Lord is committed to our land, and He made it flow with the former and the latter rain, He watered its ridges, He settled its furrows, He made it soft and took away all dryness, the river of water coming from the thrown of grace fell upon it, to make it flow with harvest, to crown it with goodness and joy, and be clothed with flocks, and get covered with grain, to ultimately become a good land, that gives a crop that spring up, increase and produce thirty fold, sixty, and a hundred..

Today we live on a land that we sow and sow, but the fruit is still few, our land is still stony, full of thorns, and the reason according to God’s word in these passages is:
“ They do not say in their heart, Let us now fear the Lord our God, Who gives rain, both the former and the latter, in its season. He reserves for us the appointed weeks of the harvest. Your iniquities have turned these things away, And your sins have withheld good from you “.
(Jeremiah 5 : 24 – 25).

“ Behold, the Lord ’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save, Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, And your fingers with iniquity; Your lips have spoken lies… Therefore justice is far from us, Nor does righteousness overtake us; We look for light, but there is darkness! For brightness, but we walk in blackness “ (Isaiah 59 : 1 – 9).

The Lord made the solution.. He turned the curse into a blessing, He took away the curse from the earth, and in front of all, He spat on the ground, and after it has been a source of sickness and death, He made it a source of Healing and life, He got committed to it, He sent to it rivers of living water to bring forth harvest and many fruits.. but the sin, the number one reason of bringing curse on earth, will always remain the first cause for every stony ground and full of thorns, a ground that eats and chock the seed.. this what the prophets Jeremiah and Isaiah said.. and we witness today on the land we are living in what they have said..

Our land is full of blood and transgression and lying and wrongdoing and false witness.. that is why peace and truth and justice are away from us..
We wait for solution.. we find complications..
We wait for peace.. we find strives..
Truth is away from us.. and justice never knew us..
We wait for light, we find darkness, we wait for shine we walk through obscurity..
We sow seeds.. but the crop dies..

But God’s message to His church today is.. that this picture will not last, but be transformed soon to a shinning picture..
And the Lord says:
“ … I have been favorable to My land… “ (Psalms 85 : 1).

And He also says:
“ I send forth My Spirit… And I renew the face of the earth “.
(Psalms 104 : 30).

And He also says:
“ I turn a wilderness into pools of water, And dry land into watersprings “.
(Psalms 107 : 35).

And He also says:
“ … The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself, first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head “ (Mark 4 : 26 – 28).

Because His hand didn’t and will not fell short of salvation..
The Lord say to us today, I am pleased with your land… my Spirit will renew the face of the earth.. your dry land today, will become rivers of water.. will become a good land that gives a crop that spring up, increase and produce thirty fold, sixty, and a hundred.. a land that brings forth its own fruit, while we are sleeping..

Why God is pleased with our land?
Did men stop sinning and doing evil?
Did they stop cheating, lying, fighting and false witnessing and…?
No.. they didn’t yet stop their sins and evil.. but it is for the sake of what the church has done, and what she is doing, and what she should be continue doing, because God’s word to us today say:

“ If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and heal their land “.
(2 Chronicles 7 : 14).

If my people will humble themselves.. my sons.. and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways..
The Lord will hear.. and forgive.. and heal their land..
He will heal our land and not judge it according to what it deserves.. and this is for His church.. His bride..
For the righteous ones who live on this earth..
For His children’s petitions who are crying to Him day and night.. because the prayer of the righteous one can do much..
For those who stand in the gap, who built a wall with their prayers so God won’t perish the land..
He is committed to our land.. He makes rivers of water pour on us.. former and latter rain.. He settles its furrows and make it soft.. He blesses its crops..
The pastures of wilderness will flow, And the little hills will rejoice on every side. The pastures will be clothed with flocks, the valleys will be covered with grain and everybody will shout for joy, they will also sing.. and we will see a new land, that embraces the seeds and bring forth crops.. thirty fold and sixty and a hundred..



Beloveds: it is time.. and the timing of this letter is not by coincidence.. we are the salt of the earth.. the light of the world.. our righteousness lifts up our country.. this is what the word of God says about us.. so let us humble ourselves and receive God’s word to us today, seeking His face, let everyone of us turns back from his wicked ways, and stand in the gap, let us carry the responsibility and the level of our call, let us not rest neither let the Lord rest, not be silent neither let the Lord be silent, let us hold unto the Lord and not let Him go until He blesses us like Jacob did, for there is no solution for our land but a strong pure humble church, that takes its place in the heavens, that guarantee the battles, and reap the harvest on earth, let us continue what we started, and persevere till the end, to see the Lord healing our land, make grow our seed, so it brings up many fruits, to see Him saving our country, and fulfilling all He has promised us..
