 Pope Shenouda III The Lord gave great importance to the altar of incense. He commanded that it be overlaid on all sides with gold, have a horn of gold, be carried on two rings overlaid with gold and be placed before the veil that is before the ark of the Testimony where He would meet with Moses (Ex.30: 3-6)
