Peace of the heart is the fruit of the Holy Spirit in the heart. The Holy Spirit, if the heart of a human being gives him a peace of mind "beyond all mind," as the Apostle says.
Do not get upset and do not get upset, however pressing things are from outside. His peace does not depend on external circumstances, but on his trust in God's preservation, care and trust in God's promises. As long as God exists, and as long as He works and saves, then there is no need to fear.
