"أَطْلُبُ إِلَيْكُمْ كَغُرَبَاءَ وَنُزَلاَءَ، أَنْ تَمْتَنِعُوا عَنِ الشَّهَوَاتِ الْجَسَدِيَّةِ الَّتِي تُحَارِبُ النَّفْس" I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul (رسالة بطرس الرسول الأولى 2 : 11)
