Who shall stand till the end?

“ And the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you little by little; you will be unable to destroy them at once, lest the beasts of the field become too numerous for you, But the LORD your God will deliver them over to you, and will inflict defeat upon them until they are destroyed, And He will deliver their kings into your hand, and you will destroy their name from under heaven; no one shall be able to stand against you until you have destroyed them “ (Deuteronomy 7 : 22 – 24).

A disease expending among all believers.. that we should deal with in order to:
- Always overcome the enemy..
- get delivered from all bondage..
- stop all his attacks..
- conquer new territories..
- win a lot of souls..
- And most important.. To stand against the wiles of the enemy after each victory, and against his attacks.. In an another meaning.. To stand till the end.

What is this disease?
speed.. rush.. impatience.. not waiting on the Lord.. and most important not persisting till the end..
We want to be delivered of every bondage.. once for all.
We want to settle all the battles with Satan quickly and once for all..

No.. beloveds.. things don’t work this way.. and not in our war with the enemy, neither personally nor collectively..

This way of thinking, is so harmful, and its results are depression, failure and lost of war!!!

God said to His people: I will drive them out from before you.. little.. by little or gradually ..
No matter what the explanations are, the important is that, God will drive our enemies from before us gradually..

One famous man of God said, that one day a lady came to him and said:
Pastor, I want you to pray for me..
He asked her: what do you want me to pray for?

She said: that Satan stop attacking me..
He answered her saying: there is only one prayer that can help you here, and it’s to pray for God to take you to Him, this is the only place where Satan can not attack you anymore..

Beloveds: as long as we are in this flesh, as long as we live on this earth, our war with Satan will never stop.. don’t let this strong truth leave your mind, so you won’t be sick, failing and depressed..

God sent 10 plagues on pharaoh and Egypt, till He took the people out, and when He did pharaoh went after them.. and then God made the miracle of splitting the red sea in two, to save His people and kill all their enemies..
There is a lot of reasons why God sent the 10 plagues:

to be glorified in the eyes of the Egyptians, for them to know that there is no God but Him who can save

to be glorified in the eyes of His people

He taught them lessons of faith

He taught them the art of war

He taught them that the enemy is aggressive and doesn’t give up easily

He cleansed them from their evil and sins.. etc



Satan is so patient in his war with the believers.. and this what makes him pound us many times unfortunately ..
He’s never bored or tired.. and he doesn’t stop his repeated trials.. till he fulfills his goals..

But the word of God teaches us completely the opposite, and if this lesson is anchored in us today.. and we became the patients one we would have won all the battles against Satan..
In the same passage, where God told His people that He will drive their enemies from before them little by little.. He guaranteed their victory, if they understand Him and waited on Him.. He said to them: you can not consume them at once..
But in the end .. the Lord your God shall deliver them unto you, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction until they be destroyed, and He shall deliver their kings into your hand and you shall destroy their names from under heaven, no man will be able to stand before you until you have destroyed them..
Yes.. the end: we destroy all our enemies..
If you learn to stand against the enemy, and learned not to be in a hurry of yourself, but be “patient”, you shall surely win the war, because no matter how strong is Satan, no matter how experienced he is in war, and patient, he still is limited and idiot no doubt..

Read with me these meaningful words:
When Moses stood before pharaoh, to fulfill the signs the Lord commanded him to do, the word says: that Moses turned the stick into a snack, and so did the magicians.. and when Moses turned the water of the river into blood, so did the magicians..
And when he brought forth frogs on Egypt, so did the magicians..
But.. when Moses brought forth the lice on Egypt.. the Word says:
“ Now the magicians so worked with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not. So there were lice on man and beast, Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, This is the finger of God… “ (Exodus 8 : 18 – 19).

He who stands till the end will surely win the war!!!
As I told you Satan is limited.. when Moses persevered.. Satan lost, and the magicians couldn’t continue..

There is a lot more.. because our God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or expect, if we learned to wait on Him to drive our enemies from before us gradually..
The word says:
“ Then they took (Moses & Pharaoh) ashes from the furnace and stood before Pharaoh, and Moses scattered them toward heaven, And they caused boils that break out in sores on man and beast, And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils, for the boils were on the magicians and on all the Egyptians “ (Exodus 9 : 10 – 11).

Not only limited.. but also incapable and will surely be defeated no doubt!!!
From limitation and inability to persevere against God’s plagues.. to an incapable and injured with harm and failure.. all this when we learn to walk after God little by little.. and persevere till the end..

And here comes psalm 105 to record these golden precious words:
“ Egypt was glad when they departed, For the fear of them had fallen upon them “ (Psalms 105 : 38).

If you learn to stand against the enemies attacks till the end, a day will come when this enemy will rejoice of you leaving his territory, in another meaning, when you stop fighting him, because your fear will fall upon him.. and he will count the cost before fighting you again.. in a figurative way we can say that we will hear Satan and his army saying:
“ we fight anyone except this believer who learned to persevere till the end ”

The Lord taught His people in the wilderness, not to move quickly after their own mind.. so they journeyed when the pillar of cloud was taken up, and they encamped when the pillar of cloud was above them:
“ At the command of the LORD the children of Israel would journey, and at the command of the LORD they would camp; as long as the cloud stayed above the tabernacle they remained encamped, Even when the cloud continued long, many days above the tabernacle, the children of Israel kept the charge of the LORD and did not journey, So it was, when the cloud was above the tabernacle a few days: according to the command of the LORD they would remain encamped, and according to the command of the LORD they would journey, So it was, when the cloud remained only from evening until morning: when the cloud was taken up in the morning, then they would journey; whether by day or by night, whenever the cloud was taken up, they would journey, Whether it was two days, a month, or a year that the cloud remained above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would remain encamped and not journey; but when it was taken up, they would journey, At the command of the LORD they remained encamped, and at the command of the LORD they journeyed… “. (Numbers 9 : 18 – 23).

A day.. a month.. maybe a year they wouldn’t move.. no hurry.. Perseverance till the end.. exactly as the Lord says.. this what made them conquer all heir enemies..

Meditate on this message vigilantly and calmly, and let the Holy Spirit plant it in you.. because Satan has a long experience in fighting the believers in this area.. and he knows our weakness in patience and perseverance till the end.. and he usually beat us in this area, but not any more in Jesus Name, for when we know he is limited.. and when we stand and wait on the Lord no matter how long the time will be, we will witness his end, incapability and defeat..

At the end let us read what the Apostle Paul said about this in the New Testament:
“ Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places, Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand “ (Ephesians 6 : 10 – 13).

Twice.. in a small passage.. the apostle Paul says.. stand till the end..
yes.. he who stands till the end wins the war..
