 Pope Shenouda III After the Lord Jesus Christ healed the demon possessed blind and mute man, the Gospel says: "But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, 'This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.' But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them, 'Every kingdom divided against itself brought to desolation' " (Matt. 12:24,25); (Lk. 11: 17).
