Jairus worshipped Him, saying: "My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live" (Mk. 5:23). Thus it was worship preceded by faith in Christ that He is able to raise the dead by merely laying His hands on them. And Christ did raise his daughter for him (Mk. 5:41,42).
