Christ came for the sinners
The Lord knows that we are sinners and comes to the sinners. He doesn’t get bothered or hindered by our sin; in other words, He’s not looking for righteous people. He’s not looking for saints.
He came for the sinners. And the whole point is, the secret is, to look at ourselves in the eye, to stop hiding altogether, to cease pretending altogether –if possible, to cease pretending even to ourselves– and also to admit that we are sinners. And the whole point is to go to Christ. And Christ has the power to make an angel out of his own man.
Beg God for true faith, which will make it possible for Christ to come into you as He is, and not as you make Him to be.
