يعاني البعض من ضيق الشقق والمنازل في بعض الدول ومن بينها مدينة نيويورك الأمريكية، وللتخلص من هذه المشكلة قام شاب أمريكي بتحويل منزله البالغ مساحته 35 متر إلى جعله يحتوي على 8 غرفة متعددة الاستعمال، وهذا ما سوف نشاهده في الصور التالية، حيث تم تقسيم المنزل إلى غرفة للضيوف، غرفة المكتب، غرفة النوم، غرفة الطعام وغيرها في مكان واحد وبشكل رائع وسريع وعملي.
